Business Contracts Solutions LLC is a startup based in Oman, founded by a team of professionals with a strong background in Contracts Management, primarily in the construction sector.

The company is headed by Arun Amruthakumar, Founder and Managing Director of BCS LLC. Arun is a lawyer by profession and an expert in the field of negotiations, contract administration, preparation and drafting of all types of legal documents, agreements and MoUs including investment and development agreements. The concoction of being a Lawyer and Contracts Manager in a Construction Company in Oman, for more than 16 years, ensures immense expertise to offer the best services to the clients.

Mr. Mohammed Valiyakathu Puthiyamaliyakkal, Partner and Advisor to Engineering Contracts is a Civil Engineer by profession having more than 25 years of experience in Infrastructure and Construction works in India and Oman.

The main objective of BCS is to provide contractual advice, solutions and assistance to contracting firms, consultancies and law firms.

Common Scenario

It is observed that most of the firms rely on Project Managers or Construction Managers to draft contract correspondences which would usually be having adequate technical details, but due to lack of the legal perspective, the content might not cover or safeguard the firms contractual rights. This might cause disputes or even legal issues in the future.

BCS team ensures that all the correspondences prepared by its clients have both legal and technical details thus avoiding ambiguities. All unresolved matters can easily be educated and handled by the law firms if it goes to that.

    Can be discussed on a case-to-case basis. BCS offers its clients an opportunity to have the best professional advisory that is scalable as per its clients needs thus keeping the costs effectively low. Billing is implicated either based on the time required for the services (hourly) or as a retainer (monthly), or on a percentage basis.
